Who we are.

We are a tight knit group of dedicated consultants and developers, each with 10 to 20+ years experience. And we all have the gray hairs to prove it. We are a US based business and not an off shoring vehicle

("not that there is anything wrong with that" as the immortal Jerry Seinfeld said 😊)

We build long term relationships with our clients. We have clients that have been with us since 2003 (and they also have the grey hairs to prove it 😇). A number of those clients are now part of Private Equity portfolios or have been acquired by larger organizations. And we would like to claim a little credit for that and brag a little about the fact that the new organizations have kept us on most of the time.

Our decisions are always driven by what is best for the client. We will listen to what you want. And we will hear what you need and tell you about it. We will always ask "Why?" a few times before doing something and we are not afraid of saying "No" (or "Have you considered this?" if the tariffs have you in a bad mood).

We know a lot about Business Central and Power BI but we are not afraid to say "We will have to get back to you." or "We will have to get someone to help with this". We may not know all the books in the library but we know where to go find the right one.

So by now you may get the feeling that we think we are pretty awesome. And we do think that. But we are not perfect. The Gods of consulting have played a cruel trick on us: we can only be perfect if we have the right customer to "complete" us. And that is where you come in ...

...who you are.

  • What defines an "incident"?
An incident is a single Business Central or Power BI question or issue. If your question evolves during the consultation but remains on the same topic, it's still considered one incident.
  • What if my problem isn’t solved in 60 minutes?
Most issues are resolved within the standard timeframe. If additional time is needed, you can book a follow-up session
  • How quickly can I schedule a consultation?
Typically within 24-48 hours. Often same-day for urgent issues depending on consultant availability.
  • Can I use this service for custom development?
The pay-per-incident service is designed for consultation and guidance and minor dev issues that can be resolved quickly. However, we can also advise on development approaches and even provide code samples during the session. For building and implementation, consider our Fixed Price or Subscription services.
  • Do you offer emergency or after-hours support?
Yep. For critical issues, we can help you outside business hours at a premium rate. Contact us at info@ncadynamics.com if you need emergency support and we’ll reply right away.
