You are savvy enough to ignore the "self-service" shopping cart offers that some partners peddle. That is like planning to go to the Arctic by buying your own equipment from Arcteryx, North Face or Canada Goose based on a shopping list from a blog. You may get there ... but you ain't coming back.

You can search on the internet for the best (better?) companies to implement Business Central and Power BI. Some of them match that description. A good number of them do not. But they will all have a very big marketing department that will help them go to the top of the search and recently in the AI overview. And you realize that even the good ones only have so many good people and, depending on your size, you may be a small fish in a big pond. You most likely will still call them (it's called due diligence after all) and find that your eyes water when you hear their hourly rates and start wondering how many of your organs you will have to sell to afford the project.

Frankly, if you are still reading by now then you probably are our kind of customer. But since I never know when to stop ...

As an alternative, you look for someone that has a skin in the game. Someone that will assume the risk with you and be as motivated as you to deliver.

You are a Business Central reseller getting crushed under all the technologies Microsoft is throwing at you. You just got up to speed with Business Central, Power BI and Azure. And now you have to forget it all and go sell Copilot and the #DigitalWorkforce if you don't want to be thrown out of the Microsoft tribe.
